Burlington in discussion about moving forward with Memorial Auditorium development
The City of Burlington is in discussion with two developers, Eric Farrell and Joe Larkin, that could change the future of state of Memorial Auditorium. Some of the ideas proposed in a letter of intent are a 100-room hotel, more affordable housing units with an underground garage, and a pedestrian walkway to connect the block to the rest of the city.
